HandyPeople Strata & Commercial provides property maintenance services for strata corporations and commercial properties in the Greater Victoria area. Specific services, pricing, and terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Proposals and Quotes

  • All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change based on site conditions discovered during initial assessment.
  • Proposals are non-binding until a formal service agreement is signed.

Service Agreements

  • Scope of work and services to be provided
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Response time guarantees
  • Insurance requirements and coverage
  • Term length and termination provisions

Payment Terms

Insurance and Liability

HandyPeople maintains comprehensive liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements.
